• You need to be registered for the conference in order to submit an abstract. Please note that the payment of the registration fee isn’t required to submit your abstract
• Under Registration; click on "My registration”
• Fill in your registration number (for example ASMC19/944) and e-mail address
• Click on "Abstract Submission"

• Click on "Abstract Management" and "Update"

The final invoice will be sent once the accounting department has registered your payment.

Please note that this might take up to 2 weeks.

You will be informed about your abstract acceptance 2 to 3 weeks after the submission deadline has passed.

After registration, the payment should be done as soon as possible. In case we do not receive your payment before the start of the symposium, your registration will be cancelled. In case your abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due.
